Don’t Get Chained To Your Computer: Time Management for Online Entrepreneurs



Online entrepreneurs need not be chained to their computers because of lack of time management. Even if you have family or personal commitments, managing your time well will leave enough space for you to do your own personal things together with spending time with your family. Successful online entrepreneurs always say that the key is to manage your time wisely. Here are ways to do it:


Calendar; your calendar should be your best friend and here is where you schedule everything from shopping, reviewing documents, replying to mails, studying and the time you will be finishing all that. This makes you have a clear idea of your downtime and should then make most of the allocated time.

Difficult tasks; always handle difficult tasks in the morning since it is when you are most energetic. This enables you to manage easier tasks as the day progresses.

Be organized; organization saves you time so if you are done with a certain file, file it immediately and do not pile files because when you a particular one, you will waste time looking for it in the pile.

Delegation; some tasks may be taking your time and they are not as important such as running errands, filing and writing among others. Look for someone to delegate these tasks to and this will leave you with time to handle more important ones.

Technology; consider taking advantage of technology and this is in regards to using apps on your Smartphone. Tools and helpful apps such as synching, Skype, reminders or calendars among others can greatly help you save time.
